Local help in Minneapolis-St. Paul
Part of Minnesota.Minnesota document routeCare rules in Minnesota
The Twin Cities have Minnesota's largest cluster of trans-affirming services: free self-help centers at the Hennepin and Ramsey County courthouses that review name change forms, a statewide volunteer-lawyer LGBTQ clinic, sliding-scale hormone care at Family Tree Clinic and Planned Parenthood, the county-run Red Door sexual health clinic, and youth therapy at RECLAIM. Name change applications are filed in the district court of the county where you live.
