Local help in San Juan
Part of Puerto Rico.Puerto Rico document routeCare rules in Puerto Rico
The San Juan metro area has most of Puerto Rico's trans-focused services: community clinics offering hormone therapy to adults 21 and older, PrEP and HIV testing, legal aid, and LGBTQ+ organizations. Name change petitions are filed at the Superior Court in the Centro Judicial de San Juan. Remember that Ley 63-2025 bans hormones and surgery for anyone under 21.
